My mission is to make work a more enjoyable and fulfilling place to be through more effective communication at all levels of an organization. One way I pursue this goal is by making presentations and leading workshops to help professionals learn how to communicate more effectively, both 1-on-1 and to larger audiences.
This can take a variety of forms:

The principles of effective communication apply to any situation, but some groups require a particular emphasis. I can speak to general groups or focus on specific audiences including:
- Recent graduates joining the workforce
- New managers
- Senior leaders
- Change managers and project teams
My style is conversational, interactive, engaging and (if you ask me) funny. My primary focus is on concepts to keep in mind to effectively convey information to an audience so they can respond or act on it. And while I’m no grammar-scold, I will point out common mistakes and how to remember the relevant rules so as not to get in the way of your own credibility.
